We check every pillow for defects prior to posting.

We will gladly replace or repair any product due to material or workmanship defects within six months of order date. Due to hygienic reasons, we normally do not refund, if you simply change your mind. For repair or replacement, please return the defect item for inspection. BML Australia reserves the right to decide on whether the defect item should be repaired or replaced.

The shipping and handling charges are generally non-refundable.
